LL.M. 1969, Ph.D. 1980, LL.D. 1985. Assistant Attorney 1969-71. Research fellow/associate professor at the Institute of European Market Law, Copenhagen Business School 1971-86. Attorney 1986-90; own practice 1988-90. Professor at the Copenhagen Business School, Law Department, since 1990.

Expert member of the Danish Complaints Board dealing with Tenders for building and construction works and purchases within The European Communities since 1992 (Public Procurement). Member of the Previous Danish Committee for Contracting Out. Member of the Competition Appeals Tribunal. Expert Member of the Commission for Revision of the Danish Competition Act 1993-95 and 2008. President of the Board of Complaints of Access to Danish Harbours. President of the Danish Association of European Law. Vice President of the Danish Competition Law Association. Board Member of the Danish Energy Law Assembly.

Has written numerous books and articles in Danish and English i.a.: "Monopoly Law and Market" (Kluwer).
