Patricia Valcárcel Fernández, an Associate Professor in Administrative Law at the University of Vigo (Spain), is staying with the Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG) at the School of Law, University of Nottingham (UK) as visiting scholar for the summer. Patricia has various publications i the field of public procurement. She is also a member of the Spanish Public Procurement Observatory (http://www.obcp.es/). During her stay in the University of Nottingham, Patricia will further her most recent research into the limits of the principles of transparency and competition in public procurement.
