New title: "Public eProcurement", edited by C. Glock and M. Broens

This volume aims to provide decision-makers in public administration with an overview of the topic of electronic purchasing and support decisions about the implementation and operation of electronic purchasing solutions. Thus, besides organizational aspects of e-shopping, the technical foundations of electronic procurement solutions, as well as important legal issues, are handled. Examples of administrative practice are provided in order to show how electronic purchasing solutions have been successfully implemented.
