University of Nottingham (PPRG) Masters/Diploma/Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Policy (by distance learning): announcement on Brexit

In light of the many questions received about the implications of Brexit for the popular Masters/Diploma/Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Policy run by the PPRG at the University of Nottingham, the PPRG has added a statement to the website to explain that NO CHANGE is envisaged to the programme – other than, of course, to include detailed coverage of Brexit issues in the course material for those studying UK procurement law!

We will continue to provide extensive coverage of all EU procurement law, and indeed have recently added yet another module on EU law to provide in-depth coverage of, inter alia, the new Concessions Directive 2014/23/EU.

Further, should UK procurement law change as a result of Brexit (something that is unlikely for several years at least) anyone taking the course in the next few years will receive free access to course materials from future years that cover any future changes arising out of Brexit.
